About Me
My journey into yoga began during a working holiday in Australia - what started as a simple practice in my living room quickly became a deep curiosity about movement.
With a naturally competitive streak, I pushed hard and picked up a few injuries along the way. Instead of stepping away, I leaned in. I wanted to understand the foundations - how bodies differ, how patterns develop and how we can move with greater awareness and support.
That curiosity led me to complete my Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, followed by my Mat Pilates certification in 2025. Both deepened my understanding of anatomy, intelligent programming and the subtle ways the body adapts and compensates over time. I continue to learn and evolve through ongoing study and mentorship.
Today, I teach structured, alignment-focused Yoga and Pilates designed to build strength without losing awareness. My classes are thoughtful, supportive and grounded in the belief that real progress comes from understanding - not forcing - your body.
If you’re looking for a practice that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity, I’d love to work with you.
What This Means For You
You'll be seen as an individual, not a level. I move through the space, observe and adapt - offering hands-on adjustments with your consent, clear cues and progressions that make sense for your body specifically.
Classes are structured but not rigid. You'll always know what you're working toward and why. And you'll leave feeling like you actually learned something, not just moved through shapes.
Whether you're brand new or have been practising for years, you'll find something here that challenges and supports you in equal measure.
My Values
I teach in a way that feels honest - to myself and to the people in the room. I won’t ask you to move in ways that don’t serve you and I don’t believe in performing a perfect version of practice. What you see is what you get: clear guidance, real presence and thoughtful programming.
Authenticity
Every body arrives with a different history. I teach with the understanding that strength, flexibility and energy fluctuate. My role isn’t to push you past your limits - it’s to help you understand them and expand them safely over time.
Empathy
Progress doesn’t come from force - it comes from consistency, awareness and respect for your body. I create a space where you can move with challenge, yes - but also with patience and self-compassion.
